Welcome to “The Firm With a Smile”

Let us be your trusted partner for all types of personal injury issues, including car and big truck accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, dog bites, and much more. For our clients, we’re the friendliest law firm in town. For those who face us in court? We’re exactly the kind of tough, no-nonsense firm you want fighting in your corner.

Don’t Settle for Less, Choose the Friendly Firm

When you visit us in downtown Little Rock, we want you to feel comfortable and cared for. The legal process can be intimidating, so we keep in close contact every step of the way. Our attorneys have decades of experience working on a wide variety of case types, so our clients can rest assured that our lawyers have the experience and perspective to win their cases.

While we can never guarantee any result, know that when we take on a case, we are always ready to fight hard for your best interests and give honest case evaluations. We’re led by our values to deliver top-tier representation for our clients.

In addition to our University of Arkansas at Little Rock-trained attorneys’ exemplary command of the law, our guiding values include:

The Miller & Mallett team represents people who have been hurt by the negligence or carelessness of others. When we meet our clients, they are often in the midst of some of the most trying times in their lives. In those moments, you deserve more than just knowledgeable and caring representation; you deserve complete recourse. That’s what we fight to deliver every day.

Many of Miller & Mallett’s clients do not trust lawyers – and that’s understandable. They may have been burned or ripped off in the past or had other negative experiences. But from your first interactions with Miller & Mallett, we believe you’ll be pleasantly surprised by just how much we truly care about our clients’ well-being.

Miller & Mallett attorneys are not "cold fish" lawyers. We are not "tough guy lawyers." We are careful, caring, nurturing people who have the valued opportunity to intervene in the lives of folks who are in need. We feel genuinely fortunate to be able to help with our expertise and our attention.

We know that you have many other choices when it comes to lawyers. When you choose our firm, we know that you are bestowing us with your trust during a difficult time. We understand that you may have just had one of the worst experiences of your life and we make it our mission to alleviate that suffering with all the tools the courts have to offer.

Visit Our Unique and Welcoming Offices

The Law Offices of Miller & Mallett occupies a four-story, 9000-square-foot Victorian Mansion located in the Historic District of Little Rock. With a staff of fourteen people including six attorneys, cases are handled with a thoroughness not available to smaller law firms.

Since 1986, we’ve built a prestigious reputation with awards from the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Arkansas Times, and more. While putting out some notably fun commercials - perhaps you’ve seen a few - we have also obtained or facilitated many million-dollar-plus settlements for our clients. As a result, insurance companies stand up and pay attention when they get a call from our attorneys.

Our Most Important Value Is Working Hard for You

We offer free consultations for all our valued injury clients. Our attorneys charge no fee until you collect your settlement, guaranteeing a friendly and transparent process the whole way through. We’ll perform virtual, home, and hospital visits too, providing the trusted, personalized attention you need from your legal representative.

At other firms, you may feel like just a number. Here, we are always available to make sure you are cared for. Come and see us or give us a call – there’s always an Arkansas personal injury professional ready to advise and assist you.
