Peter Miller
In 1980, Mr. Miller was awarded his attorney’s license and began the practice of law as an associate and then a partner with the law firm of Kaplan, Brewer, Bilheimer & Marks. In 1986, Mr. Miller established his own law firm, the Law Offices of Peter Miller. And the rest is, as they say, history!
Jessica Virden Mallett
Ms. Virden Mallett has been serving as the Law Offices of Miller & Mallett’s Managing Partner since 2018, taking up a nearly 40-year legacy of seeking justice for our Little Rock neighbors. As a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Arkansas and Pulaski County Bar Associations, she is proud to practice law in the great state of Arkansas. She has made it her mission to advocate for those who have been hurt by others' negligence.
Paige Edgin
Paige Edgin has lived in Arkansas her whole life, growing up in Bryant before moving to Little Rock. She attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Political Science. She is a proud Pi Beta Phi sorority member and was also a Student Government treasurer. From there, she attended Bowen School of Law in Little Rock, graduating in May 2012.
Nader Afsordeh
After graduating from college. Mr. Afsordeh returned to his home state to attend the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law. He graduated with honors in May 2010. Today, he is a valued member of the Miller & Mallett team. He is licensed in all Arkansas State Courts, both the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas Federal Courts, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Nader is also a proud member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Associates, the Arkansas Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice.
Edward Zellmer
Edward Zellmer was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, and raised in Paducah, Kentucky. He attended Sewanee: The University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Spanish. After working in banking for five years in Paducah, Kentucky, and Nashville, Tennessee, he made his way back home to Little Rock to embark on a new career.
Elijah Virden
Elijah Virden grew up in Morrilton, Arkansas, with his family. He attended Arkansas Tech University, where he earned his undergraduate degree in English in 2013. Highlighting a true passion for learning, Elijah went on to earn a master’s degree in English at Arkansas Tech University. It was then he discovered his life’s true passion: the law. He attended the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock, where he earned his Juris Doctorate.
Kerrigan Cook
Kerrigan Cook was born and raised in the small, rural town of Calico Rock, Arkansas. Growing up, she saw first-hand how little access many Arkansans may have to quality legal representation. Her mother was a Registered Nurse, and the family would talk about Ms. Cook’s mom’s ER stories or the injuries she had treated at the dinner table.
